The wood window frame arrive dented, dealer started filling dents. Opening windows cracked, screens dented. Upper window leaks, and makes cracking sound. Finishing trim poor. Fellow tried to rebuild inside frame insight. Windows look like a wood pecker was at it. Rep came, never heard back I am sending them back and want a refund
