It was great to do business with a professional outfit. Lucas came to our house, made notes and followed up with a written quote, including documentation of his credentials and insurance. He made two trips to deliver paint samples for us to try, including implements to apply it. Despite a few surprises, he stuck to the original price, e.g., having to remove wallpaper that had been there for over 20 years with steam rather than water. Lucas and his crew took great care with our furniture and carpet, and left our space as clean as they found it when they were finished. Lucas communicated with us daily, telling us exactly what progress they were making and worked with us to accommodate our requirements for access over a week-end. We definitely will ask Lucas to do work for us in the future and highly recommend his company.
