Mark Aydin of Victorious Carpet and Flooring, is a stellar business man. If everyone in the Home Renovation world followed his model, no-one would ever complain about contractors. He answers his phone or calls you back promptly, answers questions and makes suggestions, is on time for appointments and knows his materials and the processes involved in the work being done in your home. This is the second time we have had carpeting installed by this company and we didn't even consider going elsewhere this time. The installers arrived on time, were polite and careful, finished on time and cleaned up so there was no trace of them left behind. The new carpet looks great and gave our home a much needed face lift. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Cy came to see me very promptly after I requested an estimate. He did a thorough examination of my home, my existing units and my property. He has a lot of knowledge about the options available, much more than anyone else I spoke to. We selected the units and awaited installation. The office admin was so helpful - arranging installation around my schedule and the installation itself was painless. The installer arrived on time, worked diligently and was finished sooner than expected. So far the AC is wonderful. Such an improvement that even my children have commented on it. Hopefully when winter comes the furnace will, perform just as well.

If every contractor out there provided service like this, life would be so much easier! Mark responded to emails and phone calls promptly, was friendly and informative and very efficient. We were ready when the installer (Ramsey) arrived, mainly due to a clear email reminder from Mark outlining what we had to do to prepare for the work to be done. Ramsey worked hard and did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier and will highly recommend this company to others. Thank you!!!!!!!
