Two outlets on the same wall in my house stopped working. Quick investigation on my own confirmed a wire had disintegrated somewhere. One electrician quoted me a ridiculous flat rate for the repair, but I suspected it was overpriced so I found Community Electric on this site. Aidan from Community Electric was very responsive to questions in advance by email, his team arrived exactly on time, worked carefully with me to diagnose the problem -- a tricky task considering it's an old building and the previous owner did some less-than-obvious work on the place -- then resolved it quickly with as little damage to the surrounding wall as was possible to repair the outlets. I am very satisfied for the work, and happy to have saved a lot of money from the original quote so I can use the difference to patch up the wall. I would definitely recommend Community Electric and use them again if required.

Andre met with me on a Friday afternoon to review window replacement plans, help select appropriate windows to match the house style, and provided me a cost proposal on Saturday. As promised, he had one of his staff (Yuri) perform a final measurement within just a few days and Yuri returned to do the installation. Service from my initial call to final sweep out after installation was superb. Andre and crew told me clearly exactly what they were going to do and when, and this is exactly what they did. Everyone I had contact with at Windowrama was a joy to work with. One of the single hung windows didn't stay open properly, and Windowrama arranged the tune up from the manufacturer promptly.
