I have never met a more unprofessional set of people than the ones who operate and run this company. I wonder how they were able to get good reviews in HomeStars. I hope you guys never have to go through the same misery and frustration I went through with them. Do yourself a favor. Try giving them a call even before your ask for a quote. See if someone even answers it. Make sure you don't pay them the percentage of work they are claiming to have performed. Agree to keep a buffer and you'll thank yourself once you realize they're not coming back. I contracted them to do my basement electrical wiring. Two people showed up twice in the house to do the electrical rough in for about 6hours to which I paid $2,400 of the $3k. They claimed it was 80% done and will schedule ESA inspection next. Total mistake and I regret it. That was the last time I saw them despite my calls and emails. I had to dole out the same amount of money now to engage another contractor, do the ESA and finish the job they left. One contractor who came to provide a quote looked at the job they did said it is not 80% done as they claimed. My observation is once you have engaged them and start paying, communication will go pretty much one way: They contact you only when they want to and you cannot contact them directly anymore. Your options are to leave a voicemail or send an email. Good luck getting a response back this way, especially when you took a day off from work to wait on them for a scheduled visit. These people have no sense of customer service and won't keep their word.

Company Response

I have followed up with our electrician who worked at your place , we have received money for the amount of the job it was done , different contractors charge differently , don't know why you were charged same amount for 20% of the job left that is something you should find out your self!
Most of our customers don't have any problem contacting us , don't know why you had!

Be careful dealing with these people. I paid good money and what did I get in return? A two-week delivery promise that became two months, cabinets that have really poor craftsmanship, And missing parts that when I called to ask for, I have to pay extra because "it was past the 15-day mark" from pickup time. Watch out, these people (not even the owner) won't back up their product. The after sales service is worse. They are good when providing a quote but once you hand in a deposit, good luck with contacting them. As for the product itself, $1.3k for 4 poorly constructed cabinets was a mistake. Cabinet faces don't have pre-drilled holes. The trays connecting to the cabinet face won't have it either. You need special tools and leveling products just to make sure it's lined up square. If you're not careful, you'll end up with wonky looking cabinets. As for shelf pins, it won't come with pre-drilled holes either - even if you requested it. Lastly, the cabinet housing. You can tell is really low quality. I have some areas that got slightly wet and it's already bulging. Probably the edgings are not properly sealed. Consider other big-box furniture makers or a proper cabinet maker and save yourself the agony and the anguish. With these guys expect long delays, shoddy workmanship, and a company that won't own up to their shortcomings (e.g. in case of missing parts and missed delivery commitments). Total waste of time and money.
