Shortly after Rightway did our roof, we had a strong rain and discovered all along one wall was leaking. We called and left a message and they promptly returned the call and arrived within a day or two to fix it. We thought everything was fixed and cintinued with indoor renovatons. Fast forward about 8 months later, we get another heavy rain and once again the roof is leaking along the same wall - our drywall is ruined and we are etting some nasty water stains on our oak ceiling. Although I appreciate that they return calls and are upholding their workmanship warranty by showing up to fix the issue, bottom line is that the work was not done properly (twice so far...) and it is destroying renovations that we have put a good chunk of money in to.
