Chris was a great person to deal with. He was on time for both of the appointments. He was friendly, honest and knows what it takes to service his customers. I strongly recommend his service if anyone needs to repair their appliances. Thank you Chris for all your help.
SOS was AMAZING!!! They came right on time and both Sherwin & Jamie knew exactly what to do. They explained all the options to us and proceeded to install the "one-way" door underneath the bay window (poor Sherwin even had to craw into a very tight space just large enough for him to put the door in). After they left, Sherwin called us back a few times just to check up on things. By midnight, we saw that the mother racoon was out and tried to get back in but couldn't. We called Sherwin immediately and he said he will show up early in the morning to rescue the babies. Sherwin showed up at the house the next morning, listened for the sound and cut exactly where the babies were. He then took them out to the backyard so the mother can take her babies away. We must say, the whole experience was very educating and Sherwin, Jamie and Sherwin's father were very professional. I will strongly recommend their service.
