Our dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes on the top rack. We called RG Appliance. The technician determined the water was not reaching the upper spray arm. He explained that it could be a costly repair ( wash motor is dead) or really affordable if no part is needed (below the filter needs cleaning). Fortunately, it was the latter. Our dishwasher was alive again. Apparently, we need to scrape our dishes off before loading; newer dishwasher are designed weaker than older models. We were very pleased with the service man. He did a thorough job, was courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely call again for future repairs.
