We received a door hanger for a furnace protection plan special of $5 per month. Called to sign up and it was as advertised. Only catch is that we had to pay for 12 months in advance and they did try to upsell us to more expensive plans but there was no pressure so can't blame them for trying. In the end we stayed with the $5 a month plan and that included a free maintenance on our furnace. The technician was there for about 1 hour going through our furnace and checking and cleaning it. He was friendly and professional and the person who took my call was the same. We are very happy with the service we received and will be recommending this company to family as that $5 protection plan price is quite good.
