We had an Insurance claim that we required some water damage fixed, for the most part they resolved that, however where the issues began was with our one bathroom where we hired them to renovate our bathroom. They Demolished and Renovated our bathroom within typical contractor time(two months), when estimated a month. I will list the Pros: - Contractors they used were Friendly and Some what on time - Cost was Reasonable(if accurate to the final invoice) Cons: - Quoted one price, then Charged another(this is common, however the added charges where not on the original invoice, but stated they were forgotten) - There were Several deficiencies, that should have been addressed or discussed prior to finishing project Overall, I would say Titan is good, but requires better COMMUNICATION, especially when comes to deficiencies, and payment...

Had Jerad come out the 23 APRIL 2015 at 15:30hrs, he Installed Two New Toilets, and Repaired a Toilet that I had Installed a while back. He removed One Old Toilet, as the other Two I had already disposed of. Also, he repaired our Kitchen Sink Drain, as it was improperly done by the previous owner. As well as, he Cleaned one of the Bathroom Sink's Drain. He was finished at 19:00hrs, knocked off a half hour for miscellaneous reasons, did NOT charge over-time, or a Toilet Disposal Fee! The parts used, and charged for were reasonable. Overall, it was a Good Experience, especially for short notice on our part. Will Recommend Jerad for sure...
