Reliability 8/10, quality of work 6/10 Owner keeping promises 1/10
I used Simple Solutions for 2 years. They laid new sod in our backyard and damaged my front yard grass in the process. They did our snow removal and damaged our flagstone front porch. The owner, Brian promised to do appropriate repairs but never did! When asking him about these issues he would often get angry about my asking. Wife was not comfortable with Brain in the condescending way he would talk to her. We have parted ways, thanks to Brian, who decided to breach our signed contract and said go find someone else !! If that is the way you would like to be treated, Simple Solutions is your landscape company !!!! Do I recommendation for this company? NIO, NO, NO

this customer is very difficult to work with rude and disrespectful when he doesn't get his way, he likes to manipulate people and threaten them
