Contractor installed door & it was wonderful -- entire door has interchangeable glass & screen. 1 of 2 pumps on door failed -- no problem -- Andersen sent us a new one. We had door locked open to carry in some stuff and the last yahoo tried to close it without unlocking it first. This caused part of the door to pull away from the wall. Now the problem. .Home Depot's contractor will ONLY FIX MANUFACTURER DEFECTS.. So we paid more for a nice door because we were looking for someone who could FIX IT WHEN IT BREAKS. So I fixed it myself. Should have saved money and gone elsewhere. MOREL OF THIS STOREY: Before you buy ask about warranty AND non warranty repairs.
