I recently woke early in the morning to a freezing house. Sometime through the night our furnace decided to pack it in. Fully expecting to have to wait days to have someone come look at it and fearing the worst I called Lake Simcoe Heating and Air conditioning. Not only did someone come right away, they didn't try to sell me any parts I didn't need, in fact, I didn't need anything. A part had come loose. They hooked it back up and I was up and running. I called at 7:00am and by 8:00 the furnace was running. Thank you so much Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning, AMAZING SERVICE!!!

I have learned in this business and life in general you can go a lot further by treating people fairly and being honest upfront, it goes a long way and is why we are where we are today. Keep us in mind if you have any other issues and when it is time to replace your furnace.
