Classe en plein air - Outdoor Classroom
In May of 2014, our school decided to transform part of the paved yard into an "Outdoor Classroom". Tara and the other staff at Greely Sand & Gravel were very generous with their time in helping us determine which material would work best, and fit our requirements (e.g., accessible type mulch, boulders suitable for children between 4-12 years, cost-effective). They also gave us detailed information on how best to prepare the site for delivery. Everything was on-time and on budget. The fibremulch and beautiful boulders we used to create "seating" areas are the highlight of our school yard, and have settled in well under the steady use of 400 kids! The transformation is amazing. We would definitely use them again! Thank you all for your help!

The transformation is amazing! It's hard to believe that the amazing outdoor classroom area was once a parking lot. I know the kids are loving the area, and its all thanks to dedicated people like you who got the project going! I'm thrilled we were able to be involved in such a wonderful transformation!
