Chris Ehry, of Expert Insulation Contracting, was referred to us by a friend for an upgrade in blown-in insulation. We recently purchased our first home, and with that comes an overwhelming amount of systems to understand and maintain. Thanks to Chris, we shouldn't have to worry about insulation for the foreseeable future! We were incredibly happy with Chris. His rates were fair and he was very accommodating with his schedule! He provided an exact quote without even seeing the house and went out of his way to find a time and day that worked for us. When Chris showed up, it took him no time at all to look in the attic and understand and explain all of our needs. We had him blow insulation into two separate attics and it took him no time at all. Once everything was said and done he took the time to take me into the attic and show me what he had done. He did a very thorough job in explaining the importance of insulation and ventilation. He even went as far as recommending where to place additional ventilation (which is handy as we are getting a new roof soon!) We are excited to help support a small local business, and are very pleased with the results! He provided a very effective service to increase the 'R' value of our attic at a very economical price. Now we can enjoy our house with its improved heat efficiency and reap the benefit of our future cost savings due to the reduced cost of heating/cooling.
