An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have been fortunate to have had Joe complete several home improvements for us. His ability to complete all jobs successfully, on budjet and in a timely fashion is commendable. Joe has taken his job seriously.His ability to plan and execute the project properly,without hidden surprises,was a welcomed treat. The job site was always left as clean as possible and at the end of each day he communicated with us about his progress and scheduling. His overall knoweledge of all aspects of the construction process is vast.
