Absolute amazing experience above and beyond. The reason for the 5 stars. 1) Neat and through installation. See attached pics. 2 ) Nazir (1/2 owner and sales rep) was able to get me the thermostat “Lennox home comfort”. It was available only in the U.S and he managed to get it to me the same day. 3) Installers are top notch. Fasical is one of their installers and the other polish guy can’t recall his name. They have a senior experience supervisor who described why and how they installed, resulting in ease of maintenance for the home owner. 4) They tried 3 times to install my ERV. There is an obstacle obstruction in which I will have to take apart a corner wall down so they can run a 6” pipe. They tried everything possible not to remove the wall and to save me money. 5) Issue with Lennox UV light they address with the Vendor Lennox. 6) Total cost was 2K less the other companies I’ve contacted. 8) I am now saving over $100 per month on Hyrdo and gas 7) There office rep Lynn was there to help out with scheduling and follow ups. She was always pleasant, cheerful and willing to asset. 8) Nazir ½ owner and sales rep was there, on and off, to make sure things went thoroughly with the installation and that we were happy. There were minor glitches as the above but like professionals they perused. I will update once the ERV is installed.
