The installation of the service was great. The customer service from their company's billing department has been terrible. I had signed a contract and when it came to me there were errors, so I immediately contacted the sales person and was told it would be corrected. In October I got a bill and ignored it as I had signed up for electronic payment and then I got a notice that I would be sent to collections. Caitlin, the Calgary and Red Deer Sales Manager got me a new contract and told me everything was fixed up with billing in November. Yesterday I got a call saying I was being sent to collections for nonpayment. Today I called their billing department and was told there was nothing they could do and I needed to talk to the accounts receivables department and she asked if this was ok. I let her know it was not ok and that I wanted to talk to her floor supervisor, who after a few minutes on hold let me know they were not available and would call back sometime during the day. I let her know that I felt that the contract started the day that the corrections to the contract was made and that there should be compensation for the way I had been treated as a customer and that I would be calling Caitlin and expressing the same thing as well as writing a review of how their company treats customers who call in. At this point in time I am very disappointed that I went with Reliance and feel that I should of went with a company who cares about their customers and provides the customer service that is deserved. Almost to the point of saying they can take their unit back and install a conventional hot water tank, due to their mistakes in the contract and almost willing to go to court to make it happen. So hopefully they are able to properly rectify the situation the third time around.

Had the system installed by Darren and Benny a couple of weeks ago. Everything went fairly smooth, but a few small hiccups, but that was to be expected as nothing ever goes exactly as planned. But they did an excellent job of adapting and still getting everything completed. Everything works great, they kept everything neat and clean. The only issue was from the Sales side where I was told it there would be no drop in pressure for two showers, but there is a difference when you have two going at the same time. This might be from the way the house lines are run, but would of been great to of known before hand. But all in all I would use the company again and will keep them in mind when I go to do my furnace.
