Having never bought a house before and dealing with the anxieties that come with the high prices in the Vancouver area, Chris offered a detailed inspection that gave us peace of mind in going ahead with the purchase. Not that he found the home was perfect, but rather he provided a comprehensive list of what needed to be addressed sooner rather than later and which items were relatively minor and could be monitored to be addressed later on. The most helpful aspect of the inspection was the opportunity to follow Chris around the house, so that he could explain what he was doing and what his findings were. I certainly came away with a better understanding of how to care for our future home.
