Our initial contact with Bassindale Bros roofers was at the Caledonia Home Show on Saturday March 28 2015. Scott came to our house on Sunday to discuss our project, and explained what type of materials would be used on the roof and then provided us a very detailed quote, all on the same day. Tuesday of that week, the crew arrived in the morning and our roof was completed mid-afternoon, four days after our initial contact with Scott. We had a ventilation issue, Scott and his crew offered a couple of solutions and solved the issue with consideration to the overall look of the roof. The crew was friendly and the cleanup was exceptional. The customer service that Scott provided was top-notch, you can tell he cares. I would highly recommend Bassindale roofing to anyone who is in need of a new roof. Just a side note….we have known for about a year we needed a new roof and had called two local Haldimand roofers for quotes last year.. One roofer never returned our call and the other came to our house, provided us with a quote and then never followed up or completed the job. Keep up the great work and customer Scott.

When I inspected Pete's front porch roof after meeting him at the Caledonia home show, I noted some critical deficiencies on his recently re-shingled garage which was connected by a rusting metal valley to the area on the front porch which required work. As this valley needed replacement, it made sense to redo the garage in addition to the front porch. There was a ventilation issue we needed to solve before we added the missing drip edge flashings and once the new pre-painted metal valleys were installed, a new roofing system was installed on the front porch and garage. Pete's new lifetime roofing system will provide years of worry-free protection.
