Saved my life! We originally called another company rated very highly on Homestars who were terrible as they came without a ladder and asked to reschedule a followup appointment for late afternoon the next day. As the problem was an indoors wasp nest in our bedroom this was not ok! While out on errands I saw the Propest truck driving around with not just one but two ladders and called on the spot. Peter came that afternoon and expertly located (the other company had said the nest was in a place where it wasn't) and then destroyed the nest. Wasp free now and loving it! Very professional, prompt and courteous, would recommend highly.

Chris squeezed us in the day we called. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and throughout the whole process explained what was wrong and how he was addressing the problem which I found very helpful and reassuring. Good communication, although the fix took two visits I was never left with a feeling of 'Where is that guy?' as he always kept us in the loop. Very professional, would recommend!
