He was very helpful in explaining what may be causing the leak and what action was necessary to correct it. The estimate was within range of a couple other quotes I had gathered, so I chose him based on his high service rating. The crew arrived a week later, on time, as promised. Let me tell you, I have never seen men work so hard and restless like the crew they had sent over. They were so clean, used tarps for all their work. Once the job was complete, my interlocking driveway looked better then before they had started. My basement has not leaked since and it has been over a month since completion.
