Our design consultant was Kaylie who was extremely knowledgeable and was there for us throughout the entire process. She even gave us her cell number so that if we had any questions or concerns, she was there to help immediately. Kaylie and the rest of the Custom Closet Organizers staff made this entire process simple and pleasant from beginning to end. We had a slight problem with one of the closets after they were installed and the Custom Closet Organizers staff was quick to apologize and fix the problem immediately.
