Robin helped us select an insert for our 1970's fireplace and then installed it. His advice was direct and helpful. The work was efficiently and cleanly done and he provided a follow-up visit for demonstration and then was available by phone to answer our questions. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and his customer service. We are very pleased with our new fireplace.
