I hired this kitchen company over two year ago, and after much waiting I got it done two years later. They left me with an unfinished Kitchen for close to two years. I finally had to give Rod, more money in cash to get it done. do not deal with this company no matter how low the price is. And if you do, get it writting and don't pay the last 10% until the job is done. Just stay away from Rod and Snow Valley Kitchens.

Approximate cost of services:
$40,000.00

Company Response

Just a quick response to Lenny's review... we started Lenny's job in mid August 2008 and the deficiency list (document crated after inital kitchen installation is complete to list small deficiencies still to be completed) was made October 2008 - 2 months after the project was initally started. The total project was $29,500 - a far cry from what is mentioned in the review. These are just a few examples of Lenny's misinturpretation of the facts. Our contracts are worded in a way that explains what is and isn't included in the renovation - that is what a contract is for. This is where the problems started with Lenny; for example he assumed we were to install all of his appliances in the contract price, however there is no mention of appliance installaion on the contract. The issues were based around assumptions of things we should do for him that were not on the contract. Although Lenny was very confrontational during the entire project; we completed it fully and the outcome was incredible. There are always two sides to every story. Since 1979 we have been a proud family owned and opertated company and continue to bring joy to families homes through the work that we do. Thanks - Rod Snow
