City inspections can be a very scary and costly experience. The City started to implement a sewer separation program to be environmentally clean. I was informed by the City that my sanitary fixtures were draining into the storm line when they should be going into the sanitary line. Fortunately, I chose right when I called Super Rooter. Not only were they the fastest to provide me with a fair quote, but they took the time to thoroughly explain what was required to pass inspection. The job took 3 days as predicted by Super Rooter, however, the City kept delaying the completion by complaining about 3 UNRELATED "problems"; one problem per day to equal 3 more days before the final inspection and pass. Super Rooter did more work than their initial estimate/quote (based on the City's initial assessment) to satisfy the City. Super Rooter did not increase my cost. To me, what made Super Rooter stand out was that they were honest, reliable and worked very hard to alleviate all the pressures that come with passing a City inspection. It was obvious that they were there to help and support me. They have a fund of knowledge in plumbing and I trust them with all my plumbing problems. They are my "go-to-guys" now.
