Had an issue with wind driven rain, leaking into new windows(not installed by fortress). Had a few other siding/window companies, come out and basically blame the windows/roof and from the dialog did not seem interested in the smallish job. Luckily we Found Fortress Windows & doors on home stars, and got in contact with Steve. Steve, was extremely expedient from the quote, to scheduling of the install of new siding. I am "bit" hard to deal with, as I obsess over every detail. Steve was able to calm my nerves, and walk me through the entire process (sorry about the 40+ emails, and numerous calls). The install was done professionally, the site was left clean, and the workmanship done by his crew is impeccable. We even ran into an issue that was not covered in the initial job quote (the top wood gable, leaked after the new siding install). Steve came out immediately, and went above and beyond, to get the crew back to remove the gable, and continue the siding all the way up. My wife and I, are extremely thankful for the opportunity of dealing with Steve and fortress, and will definitely use them again for any future window/siding or door installs.
