An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
To who it may concern, This email is regarding technician Doug Manning of Home Hardware Pest Control. Doug has been servicing the cafe that I been managing for the past year and a half. He has been providing excellent customer care and support. During this time, he has provided many solutions to small issues that have been economically and practical. The knowledge that he has shared, whether it was safety regarding specific chemical components used or signs to look out for in pest control, has been extremely helpful. Doug is quick to point out any maintenance issues relevant to pest control and never leaves without offering possible solutions to the issues. Over the year and a half, Doug has been extremely professional, courteous and cares about his clients. He never leaves without ensuring every monitor has been checked or serviced. He always asks if there are any concerns and is quick with advice and always gives protective measures we can do at the cafe. Doug has made sure that we are taken care of and that if we need him he is available to assist us (luckily, he has done such a great job that we have never needed to use his services outside the monthly checks). Lastly, I would just like to state how wonderful Doug is. He goes above and beyond to make us feel special and there is a big comfort in knowing that if anything ever arose that Doug would be there to help us.
