Frustrated in Harvest Hills

We're trying to add extra cabinets to a kitchen we got through the builder. The experience has been a NIGHTMARE so far. Does anyone know where we can buy the stains Frendel uses so we can take our business elsewhere? We asked if we could buy it and we're told no "because they are chemicals". Any help would be much appreciated!
