I took my parents to Floor Direct North for hardwood floors. Jeannie was great from the beginning to the end. She offered good advice and was very patient. There was no high pressure and very supportive.She gave us samples to take home to aid in the decision . The installation went well, the product is excellent.It made a big difference on the main floor, which is 7 rooms.

Hi Shannon, I'm on Homestars checking our listing and noticed that it says I haven't replied. I would have sworn that i did reply back in February so I apologize for the late response. I was so happy to be part of giving your mum her new floor which i know she'd been wanting. She chose the perfect wood to compliment the home and I know Ken did a great job installing for you too.
