Our windows on the upper level and main entrance door were in terrible condition and needed replacement. We had been looking at a lot of potential vendors but were not having a lot of luck with finding a vendor that provided the quality of products and service we were looking for at a competitive price we could afford. As we went through our list of vendors, we finally arrived at Galaxy Windows. Expecting more of the same experience, with vendors providing little flexibility when it came to products offered (we had a particular door design that was not too common) or pricing, we were pleasantly surprised to find Galaxy open to our ideas and very accommodating of our questions and concerns. Our Galaxy representative was also very willing to stay back and work with us to find a price that we would feel happy to pay. In the end we were able to purchase good quality brand name products with the required certifications and warranties and at a price that was significantly better than the competitors. When the day arrived to start the work, we were happy to see how much care was given to protecting our hardwood floors, freshly painted walls and furniture. When the work was completed, there was surprisingly no additional touch up or remedial work required and little cleaning up to do. The quality of work was also very good. The best part of the experience was that the work started on schedule and finished one day earlier than expected, a great ending to this project! As an additional note, once the project was completed, we had a question about our windows. Galaxy was more than happy to provide further information and help us out.
