Wanted a replacement "Garden" window. Called for appt. & the owner called me back almost immediately &came promptly the next day for measurements & $$ Quote. I accepted the price & was told it would take 2-3 weeks to order & receive the window. It was on time & installation was scheduled. Installers came early on the scheduled day & arrangements were made with neighbor to let them in to begin work. They were almost done when I arrived home & had done a professional job. It did take about 10+ days to coordinate the "finish" work. (Drywall 'mudding' & painting). I'm very happy with it appearance and functionality.
