Keith was extremely professional,meticulous & pleasant. He was thorough & definitely not the usual "quick in/out" work of other companies. He took his time to explain details & provide feedback in areas of furnace improvement that did not involve "buying" specific sale items. He was very professional & also a very personable man to deal with. Highly recommend his service!
