I needed a reliable inspector in short order and I'm glad I stumble upon Chris. Unlike other inspectors that I contacted who focused mainly on giving me a quote, Chris took time to understand my scenario & primary concerns of the condo needing inspection. He offered to review strata minutes & was prepared for the inspection. The inspection was done well. He pinpointed a few issues at the condo but summarized everything during our onsite discussion & in a report. Hi Steve, Focusing on you and what you are having inspected is a must. Too many people call only worried about price. While our prices are quite reasonable I always wonder if people go to the cheapest doctor, dentist, or lawyer. Price has very little to do with a home inspection it is all about the quality of the person performing the inspection and if they care more about you then the paycheque they are collecting at the end of the inspection.
