Contracted Sunrise for a new custom home windows and doors installation. Wrong size windows for a front stairwell took over 3 months to rectify with heat escaping out the open area. Front door took almost 8 months to install and still have not come back to install a trim piece around door to fill in excess gap between the door frame and pre-cast stone. There is over a 1" gap above the door frame and pre-cast stone. The stone was installed according to a template supplied by Sunrise so how a door can have such a large gap is beyond me. A simple fix is a piece of black trim to be installed but no one in their service dept will respond, especially Richard who is supposedly "in charge." Have a problem with a balcony door lock which I will also have to accept. Windows appear to be the same as competitors but service is horrible. Not sure about warranty ...just praying they will last.
