My wall oven stopped working after I did a 3.5hr self clean, not wanting to use chemicals and elbow grease because I am pregnant. Anyways the gentleman was very kind knew exactly what was wrong when I told him the situation and was able to come ready with the necessary part to repair my oven. He was here when he said he was going to be here and It took him 20-25 mins to fix. I would definately call him again for future appliance repair and I felt the cost of the repair was reasonable.
