Chris is incredibly professional. When making the quote I inquired about a more expensive unit, and he took the time to explain that my house wouldn't benefit from it at all. He's very quick with responding to communication, and the install is immaculate. When I had my ducts cleaned a few weeks later, the company that cleaned them commented on how well everything was installed. It's been 2 months since everything was installed and everything is running smooth. I have no regrets and would use and endorse them again.
