James was very prompt, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure he was able to come over as soon as he could...given that the furnace stopped working and my baby's room was ice cold. I was panicking, to say the least, but he put my mind at ease! He took the time to explain what had gone wrong and suggestions to help maintain the furnace. We had asked him to check on a certain part we were looking for and he promptly got back to us. We definitely recommend him!
