I am thoroughly delighted with the pool installed by Smart Pools in the fall of 2013. Rob Moffat, the company owner, is an excellent communicator and listener. Rob explained the entire process. He remained friendly and approachable, walking me through every stage of the installation. There were no surprises. Rob does meticulous work. He made the site of construction safe for my comings and goings. All peripheral areas were kept safe and tidy in consideration for neighbors and pedestrians. I have complete confidence in Rob Moffat and his company.
