I had clumsily spilled a bottle of dark purple nail polish on my white wool area rug. In the midst of panic, I called multiple rug cleaning services and got some price quotes. When I spoke to Ben, however, he had offered me the best price, plus offered same day pick up and consultation. He told me he would likely need to shave the rug down to remove the nail polish, without using chemicals, to be environmentally friendly. He also helped me remove globs of the nail polish that had spilled on my granite counter, out of the goodness of his heart. He delivered the rug back to me within the week, and I barely noticed where the spill had been. I am so happy with his service, and Ben is a genuine, kind, efficient professional who I would recommend to my friends and family.
