Matt and his helper arrived on site quickly and got right to work assessing the situation. Had some difficulties getting the cable in and past the damage but worked very hard to get it through. Camera would not go through but when larger camera was retrieved it went in without a problem though distance to blockage was difficult to pin point. Turned out it was at 15' and not 22'. The flat price of the work was fair and a lot of hard work was completed for the cost. Many thanks to Matt and his helper!

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Ensure the distances the camera shows are more accurate by, perhaps, upgrading camera. Sewer work costs are dependent on homeowner vs city side of water shut-off and it would have been helpful to have had a more accurate distance to blockage and to have been advised that a DVD could have been made of the sewer.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Homeowner with a sewer problem should first contact their municipality. We ended up having two different cameras, provided for free by the City, check sewer blockage.
