We couldn't be more pleased. Our house is over 20 years old and we were overdue for upgrading the windows and front door. Todd gave us a VERY competitive estimate--other firms were either significantly more expensive, offering fewer services, or using lower-quality windows. Unlike some of the other companies who bid on the work, Todd didn't flinch when he saw the octagonal windows we needed for our bedroom--others flat-out stated they couldn't replace them. We took this as a red flag for company know-how. We were impressed from the beginning. Todd's team is all business when they're on the job, and their experience showed. The work itself took a couple of weeks, but went smoothly and uneventfully. Our house looks beautiful now. The surprise, though, is in the comfort we've enjoyed indoors now that cold weather's arrived. Our bedroom is above the garage, and we had always assumed that it was going to be colder no matter what. Wrong! The new master bedroom windows (two double hung windows, and three octagonals) have made a huge difference, and our bedroom's never been more comfortable in wintertime.
