We had all the double hung windows in our twenty year old 2-story home replaced with new vinyl windows from Windowrama. They work so much better, are easier to clean, and are much more energy efficient. Everything went great. Alex arrived on time for the presentation, was very thorough and answered all questions with expert knowledge, and best of all NO PRESSURE. He kept us informed throughout the order, manufacturing, and installation process. The installers were all polite and did their best to minimize any disruption. They arrived and finished on time, cleaned up after themselves, and the finished product looks and works GREAT.

The day we got our house, we discovered the dryer wasn't heating up. Thought it might be a sensor, so before buying a new unit, I called ABC Appliance Repair. They called me within an hour or so after my voice message and we were able to set up an appointment for the SAME DAY. Vlad came right around the time that the office said he would, and he was able to fix my dryer (which had some faulty wiring, actually - not a sensor) within 10 minutes. In addition, my phone was acting up when he arrived - glad that I saw him in the window. I'd definitely recommend ABC Appliance Repair and will be using them again for future repairs.
