apple seed snow removal very disappointing service. did not clean the driveway properly. you can keep calling and complaining and no one does anything. I watched from my window the guy cleaning my drive way went once over it and drove away.

As a new client to Appleseed I believe unfortunately that you may not clearly understand the process & procedure we employ during a larger storm such as this past weekend.
The clearing you received was to clear and allow you access in and out of your Laneway only during the storm and to clear away city plow debris. A secondary visit is later performed to clear away any snow where cars may have been parked and to widen out the laneways."
It's not about 'pretty' the first run, it's about getting in and out.
This policy was in fact followed for your driveway.
I will review your file with both my General Manager and the actual driver to see if any improvements can be made with your property for the next storm. If you are still unhappy then I believe that your expectations are above and beyond industry standards and will certainly provide a quick pro rated refund should you wish to search for someone who can cater to you more quickly then we have tried to.
