First off, the owner of this property is a senior, over 80 years. Read my review and please someone in this company try to explain how you justify this!
This company says "Our shovelers go out only once per snowfall and only at the end when the snow has completely stopped. " Well, how do you explain this: Your company cleaned our driveway early Mon, Feb 13, 2017. But then it snowed the whole of Tue Feb 14 and Feb 15, 2017. As I write it is Feb 16, early morning. THE DRIVEWAY IS STILL NOT cleaned yet, 3 DAYS of snowing!!! I get it it's been busy for you with relentless snowing. Anyone can understand delayed work. BUT 3 DAYS?!! Check your records in case you think it's hyperbole! I didn't bring my car up the driveway last night for fear of being stuck and I contemplated taking it to a paid garage, a gas station! I waited till after 11:00 PM in the night but of course, you never showed. My car is at a neighbors whose snow removers actually did their job.
Exactly what would you advise me to do in this situation? Pretend everything is fine? How about this senior person who doesn't have the energy to write a review like this? What would you like to advise him?
It is your credibility on the line! Super disappointing!!!!! And yes, this is one of my very first bad review ever. Not that I don't get disappointed by service but I rarely get this infuriated!
