Vanaik's Delivery guys broke kid's portrait size picture frame while delivering the mattress and salesperson or owner never apologized or followed up. Falsely promised by salesperson (Karan and Akashdeep) that they will talk to the owner and someone will call back. Never received any calls. They have no sense of basic customer service and get same answer when I keep calling back. I should have kept couple of hundreds dollars due on delivery but they keep calling you until you pay the full amount and never call to follow up on their mistake as they don't care. I planned to buy more stuff from them earlier but never recommending anyone to Vanaik furniture, let alone buying anything from them again. Worst customer service ever !!! Buyer's beware of this store. They have no sense of customer service especially once everything is paid.
