I have a Lennox furnace which had a persistent problem that is unfortunately hard to diagnose. Titanium Mechanical waived the labour + call-out charge for one of their visits as they were unable to find the problem. James was able to fix the problem when the system subsequently failed again due to a faulty thermostat. I appreciated the prompt service during the Christmas holiday season and fairness regarding cost.
