After dealing with the stress of the house destroyed by a flood, a series of contractors that overcharged to "clean up", while destroying whatever was left intact (incl. plugging the drain pipes with tile debris), enter Remedy Const. Not an overstatement to say it changed the mental state of my wife and I (and the 2 little kids). Excellent quality, no de-prioritization because that "new" project pushes yours on the side. Very reasonably priced. But most importantly, extremely helpful in making it "easy" for us. And not just the payment structure (transparent), nor their time management skills (proper planning and bang-on execution). You get full help with design is their gratuitous add-on service (and the work these guys have done has been showcased on major TV house reno programs!). Did I already mention their meticulous quality / attention to detail? Two thumbs up! Ben

Excellent service, unquestionable expertise, repair completed in a timely fashion, very reasonable price. Work done comprised of troubleshooting and replacement of the induced draft furnace blower, general maintenance of the furnace, and a good lecture on how to avoid spending more on repairs. Renato will not try to sell you new equipment if you do not have to (the "big" companies will immediately rule out serviceability option and tell you your HVAC is absolutely no good). He rather provided sincere recommendations on how to maintain my investment safely, affordably, without pushing me one way or the other. The incorrect stereotype is that these smaller ventures do not comply with safety, regulations, code. I admit that was my gut feeling when I found him online (random search). This guy does not cut corners, and I am glad I was open minded enough to give him the chance. He earned my respect. Give him a chance, he will earn yours!
