Terrible customer service from start to finish. I would advise anyone against purchasing a home from landmart. We had read the reviews prior to purchasing but were lured in by the sales team (who are actually very nice). From that moment on it has been nothing but disappointment and frustration. Too many issues to list. Yes, we can attest to the fact that the workers use your basement as a toilet while construction is taking place. We have the pictures to prove it. Every negative review you have read is accurate. After moving in and speaking with neighbours, there has not been one smooth transaction. No one in the office will speak to you or address any concerns that you have...and we aren't talking about minor issues. DO NOT BUY!
