I have used Hometurf for several years now after having previously neglected my lawn. We had lots of weeds and it took two years before we saw any improvement but Hometurf was very good about explaining that the lawn takes time to recover after treatment especially when there are a lot of stubborn weeds. Their customer service is friendly and are ready to address problems and concerns promptly. I would definitely recommend their services.
